Too many schools are using 'policy' to make parents buy expensive school uniforms with logos on them. Some can only buy these from a nominated supplier. This is costing parents £100s per child. Parents struggle to buy them for one child, let alone 2, 3 or 4 children. Some fathers are buying for 2 families. This is not right that now a lot of parents have to decide between food, heating and now uniforms.

Removing the logo allows parents to purchase their school colours from other places, supermarkets being the place where they can get the best prices. They can purchase 3 school jumpers from a supermarket for under £15 compared to one jumper from the school's supplier at over £20. Children need more than 1 jumper, they need 2 at the very least.

This needs to change now. So many families already live below the poverty line, and this ridiculous school policy will just push struggling families further and further into debt, go hungry or cold.

NO LOGOs - the school colour is enough.
