Please save our Kiwibank at Barrington Mall!

The issue

Please don't put profits above our community Kiwibank. These services in Barrington Mall are well utilised and crucial to our residents. The proposed closure would impact this community & particularly hit our elderly residents the most.

The Barrington staff are extremely professional and courteous. The partnership with NZ Post (the parent Company) works perfectly well with separate queuing, but in one very convenient location. Why try to fix something that isn’t broken?

We believe your justification (for closing) that customers today only want seperate and specialist banking services to be ill-founded.

We can only realise our ‘people’s bank’ by allowing ease of access for all! Lets keep Kiwibank and NZ Post both open to continue to serve this community.

Note - We understand NZ post will be staying within the Mall (in some capacity).
