There is a dog at 16 Fulton Ave in Jersey City, NJ living in an abandoned house.  Apparently kept as a "guard dog" for the abandoned property- he is given food and water once per day.  HOWEVER, he is kept outside in the elements (covered porch)- in this HEAT and THUNDERSTORMS, in an abandoned, dangerous and dirty house.  Animal control says the case has been OPEN FOR A YEAR!!

HELP US FREE THIS DOG AND GET HIM TO SAFETY!!
