Judge Speiser knows that crimes were committed against these victims.  Nevertheless, Judge Speiser made the victims of these crimes pay about $100,000 to those who perpetrated the crimes against them.  Judge Speiser has made it abundantly clear that he doesn’t want the attorneys who committed the crimes to be punished.  Judge Speiser has abused his authority by trying to help these attorneys cover up their crimes and in so doing Judge Speiser has committed crimes himself.  You see, rumor has it that one of the attorneys who committed these crimes and Judge Speiser are friends.  Judge Speiser has done everything he could to get the victims to go along with the crimes and not to try to hold the attorneys accountable for their wrong doings.   When the victims continued to refuse and still tried to seek justice in Judge Speiser’s courtroom Judge Speiser decided to try to force the victims into compliance by breaking them both financially and emotionally.   Judge Speiser is making the victims pay the inflated legal fees to those that Judge Speiser, himself, has admitted DELIBERATELY DID HARM TO THE VICTIMS.   

 Judge Speiser should be removed from the bench because he is a corrupted judge. A judge who has no respect for the law; has no intentions of administrating fair and impartial justice and who has committed such egregious acts as Judge Speiser has should not be in a position with as much power that a judge has.  It is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to undo a ruling of a judge because the appellant court assumes that the judge is honest, has integrity and most of all they believe that the judge has ruled according to the evidence presented in his courtroom.  In our case, none of that is true but we're still stuck with Judge Speiser’s bias and self-serving rulings.  Judge Speiser has also made the appellant court an unwilling participate in covering up the crimes of these attorneys and in covering up Judge Speiser’s own crimes.    

    Corrupted judges and corrupted attorneys are a hazard to the entire judicial system and to the public as a whole.    As Martin Luther King, Jr. said, “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere”.    We need to stand together and fight injustice anywhere and everywhere we find it!!!!   You or someone you love could have a corrupted judge making decisions that affect your lives forever!!!  WHEN A JUDGE MAKES DECISION BASED UPON ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE FAIR ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE, THE LAW AND THE EVIDENCE HE IS NOT FIT TO BE A JUDGE.  PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION TO HELP US GET JUDGE MARK A. SPEISER OFF THE BENCH!!  HE HAS PROVEN THAT HE IS NOT FIT TO BE A JUDGE!!!!
