Over the years, Hasbro has made action figures of Marvel Comics' superheroes, super-villains and civilian characters for their ongoing "Marvel Legends" toylines, basing their toylines on such comic book characters as The Fantastic Four, The Incredible Hulk, The Amazing Spider-Man, Iron Man, the X-Men, the Avengers and others.

Since 2020, Hasbro has made an ongoing "Marvel Legends: Retro Spider-Man" toyline that has released classic versions and current modern-day versions of characters from the monthly Spider-Man comic books on the original packaging of the "Spider-Man: The Animated Series" toyline from the now-defunct company Toy Biz.  However, one classic character who has yet to be released on the Retro box art by Hasbro is Adrian Toomes, a.k.a. the original Vulture.  The Vulture is one of Spider-Man's oldest (literally) enemies, making his debut in "The Amazing Spider-Man", vol. 1, #2, and becoming a founding member of the super-villain team the Sinister Six.  However, the last time that the Vulture was made into an action figure by Hasbro was back in 2020 for the Demogoblin Build-A-Figure wave.

We, the fans, would like to see Hasbro make a brand new action figure of the Vulture on an updated and more detailed body mold, with new alternate heads and hands, and with new wings accessories for the "Marvel Legends: Retro Spider-Man" toyline.
