Jack "King" Kirby is a legend in the comic book industry and is the artist and co-creator of most of the classic super-heroes, super-villains and civilian characters from Marvel Comics.  Jack Kirby co-created such popular characters as Captain America in 1941 and, in the 1960s, Mr. Kirby co-created the Fantastic Four, Ant-Man, the Wasp, The Incredible Hulk, The Mighty Thor, The Invincible Iron Man, Daredevil, the X-Men, the Avengers, and many more characters.

While Hasbro has been making Marvel Comics characters as action figures for the ongoing multiple "Marvel Legends" toylines, and has made an action figure of the writer and co-creator of Marvel Comics's heroes, villains and civilian characters, Stanley Lieber, a.k.a. Stan "The Man" Lee, Jack "King" Kirby has yet to get a "Marvel Legends" action figure.

Without the artwork and contributions that Jack Kirby brought to countless comic book characters, Marvel Comics would not be what it is today without Mr. Kirby and he is just as deserving of a "Marvel Legends" action figure as Stan Lee.  We, the fans, would like a new action figure made of Jack Kirby for the "Marvel Legends" toyline for fans to buy and add to their collections.
