We, the people of Rochester request Sandra Doorley investigate the Robert Johnson RICO lawsuit.

 Robert Johnson, by and through his counsel sets forth the following as the RICO Case Statement, and states as follows: a) State whether the alleged unlawful conduct is in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1962(a), (b), (c), and/or (d). Response:  Plaintiff’s First Claim for Relief alleges a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1962(c).  Plaintiff’s Second Claim for Relief alleges a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1962(d). b) List each defendant and state the alleged misconduct and basis of liability of each defendant. Response:   Defendant William D. Reilich – Town of Greece Supervisor William D. Reilich (“Bill Reilich”) forced Plaintiff Robert Johnson (“Plaintiff” or “Bobby Johnson”) to perform unpaid labor and provide free services for him from 2015 to 2022, under threat of losing his position, job, pay, and benefits with the Town of Greece.  Bill Reilich required Plaintiff to work on his personal vehicles, properties, and projects, including but not limited to his side business of purchasing, repairing, and selling used  vehicles, both during Plaintiff’s personal time and while Plaintiff was supposed to be working for the Town of Greece. Further, Bill Reilich orchestrated a scheme by which he and other members of the Enterprise would approve the deduction of 7 hours from Bobby Johnson’s PTO bank so that he could work on Fridays while Bill Reilich was at the Ranch. In addition, Bill Reilich directed Plaintiff to lie about these actions to the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office.
