Rocky is a gentle giant who has been unjustly accused.  Joe Kushner city counselor from St. Catharines. who was canvassing summer 2022 claims that he came onto Rocky's property and Rocky ran at him and attacked him.  Rocky was chained to his porch.  He is unable to run or move quickly due to age and physical ability.  Kushner claims he did not see the 200 pound dog on his porch.  He claims that after Rocky ran at him and attacked he kicked Rocky.  When the owner came back to the porch, Kushner continued to canvass and never mentioned the incident until he noticed he had a scratch on his leg.  He then became irate screaming he was going to have Rocky destroyed.  A neighbour overheard.  Kushner went to her next and she confirmed she only saw a small scratch that would not require stiches.  Due to Kushner's position he has managed to manipulate the law so all police reports have been blacked out.  Initial story has now changed multiple times and has grown to Rocky being deemed vicious.  By law he was only suppose to be held 21 days, but it has now been over 40 days.  There is a court hearing on November 29th and we need your voice!  Send a message to the city of St Catharines and the Humane Society that the punishment does not fit the crime.  Rocky is most likely going to be put to death at the end of this month if Kushner gets his way.  Again the punishment does not fit the crime.  A man of advanced age would not suffer just a scratch if he was mauled.  Rocky needs to come home and be cared for properly in his senior years.  Please don't let Rocky Die!
