Help Reunite My Grandchildren – Stop the Injustice

My name is Dana Brundidge, and I’m fighting to bring my grandchildren home.

Due to systemic failures and delays by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF), our family has been wrongfully kept apart. Despite doing everything asked—fingerprinting, paperwork, legal steps, and travel—we’ve been met with silence and obstruction.

The children’s parents have lost their rights, and we—their loving grandparents—have stepped up. My daughter’s mother-in-law even moved into a larger home and bought a larger vehicle, all to meet requirements for placement through the ICPC process. We’ve filed Pro Se motions, sent repeated requests, and even proposed relocating to provide care.

DCF failed to submit critical documents, ignored multiple inquiries, and has blocked family visits—keeping these children from the only family still fighting for them.

We are heartbroken. I haven’t seen my grandchildren since before Thanksgiving 2024. Their other grandmother has never been allowed to see them.

We need legal help, and we can’t do it alone. Your donation will go toward attorney fees, filing costs, and travel as we continue to battle for reunification.
