In the morning of March 14 Jesse was shot five times by PCSO Deputy Jeff Alfonso. He emptied his clip. Fifteen shots most of them hitting the house of an elderly woman.

What happened to innocent until proven guilty and what gives law enforcement the right to play Judge, Jury, and Executioner?

 

 

All I've heard was personal attacks about my son for the last year He was 20 and branded a career criminal.

Yes he had gotten into trouble but that doesn't mean his life didn't matter.

He was a human being with hopes and dreams which were stolen from him.

And please tell me what crime  People have a problem with me because we (my daughter's and myself) are the ONLY families to fight this city for justice. We have had about nine protests one at District Attorney Chostner home and one at Deputy Alfonso's home after the critical incident decision was made.

The problem I've had with our District Attorney is.

1. That he has an outside(friendship) with deputy Alfonso.

2. It was his actual neighborhood where the alleged car chase and shooting took place.

3. He has always justified any police involved actions period. His record speaks for itself. As our city's Prosecutor he has a duty to be honest and uphold the law and to prosecute everyone that is guilty of a crime whether they wear blue or not.

Also having the police itself is ridiculous they called Alfonso the victim from day one and the way they investigated themselves and interviewed themselves is absolutely a disgrace to anyone who has ever been a victim of police brutality.

Alfonso was not in fear for his safety. He calmly walks as he shoots at Jesse 15 times. He takes no cover, says no more commands, didn’t even say shots fired till he was done. He then reloads his magazine when he gets to Jesse which is against protocol.

Jesse was given orders in which he was given less than a nano second to comply with before shot. Jesse was first shot in the right knee while he was completely standing. As he was going to the ground he was shot in the left torso (back)and the left chest (once through his back) the other right in his heart. The last shot came in his right foot as he was on the ground. (the autopsy report proves that. )

What's troublesome is that there are unexplained pieces to the autopsy report. Jesse had bruises on his face, hands, and legs. The photos also seem to show bruising consistent with being tazed. There is also a scene in the video in which Two body cams views were blocked and it appears an object was placed on the ground. 

Why was a pulse not taken or lifesaving aid not rendered that morning? My son was a "suspect" in a car Jacking he was NOT convicted of anything.

EMS in statements said they did not check him because he was riddled in bullet holes .

Ten Pueblo County Sheriff's Deputies and Pueblo Police Officers came on scene Not one even checked for a pulse they handcuffed him and left him to die.

Body cam evidence proves Jesse was NOT charging the deputy he was running to get away from the officers in the back. Also officer statements prove this.

 

After the shooting Deputy Montoya can be heard saying where is the gun where is it?

Off duty deputy Kayla Ruiz says he tried to run her off the road and he brandished a gun at her. How did he know she was a deputy when she was in an unmarked car? Also my son just happened to be arrested by her husband ALMOST a year to the date March 9, 2019 and Jesse is beat up in his mug shots. Deputy Alfonso Call’s Jesse a mother fucker twice and a fucker once in two body cams. He is also congratulated on his good kill and told good job repeatedly. He also stated that it was too early this morning too early."

 

Eyewitnesses say no gun was seen. A gun was "found" at the scene. And in the video an object was seen being placed on the floor.

I'm not debating the fact my son had committed a felony that day. Maybe he should be in jail awaiting trial he should not be dead. It's funny how they are INNOCENT by cop but they don't follow the innocent until proven guilty for the people they kill. 

Also why were there no body cams released from Pueblo Police department?

This case should be reopened and charges brought against Alfonso and the other ten. 

They should not be able to be judge jury and Exicutioner.
