Hello All, 

Following several months of unsuccessful complaints to the Metropolitan Police, Information Commissioners Office and the Financial Ombudsman Service, I have escalated my complaint to the County Court.  On Thursday 14th February 2019, the County Court issued a writ to Carphone Warehouse to defend their role in the breach of my personal data and reckless negligence in enabling the fraudulent transactions on my O2 account.   Watch this space for further updates.  Many thanks for your support, I couldn't do this without you.  Please share - let us make it 100 signatures: http://chng.it/mcdq9DXMMr
