His name is Lucky & he's a rescue. I picked him up off the hwy after someone threw 3 puppies out while they were driving and he was knocked unconscious & the only one that survived. He was severely malnourished, dehydrated and had a broken leg. The vet put him on high protein food and had to have an appt every Friday to get his cast changed because he was only 5 weeks old and growing fast. He's a very hyper dog who loves to jump & he likes to nip at butts, hands, clothes or whatever he can get his mouth on to show he wants to play. He's a big boy but thinks he's a little puppy he's only 2 yrs old he is still young and considered a puppy.

My sons friend came here the other night & lucky snuck past him & ran down the street. He seen a lady and her kids walking and apparently was jumping up on her and bearing his teeth Constable Whidden told me. He didn't bite her, break her skin just bared his teeth. It was a lady from the town council that he jumped on & she's scared of dogs and panicked & called cory (dog catcher). I was told that he had been drinking & made things sound way worse then it was even though he didn't see it happen And decided to label my Dog as aggressive when he is the furthest thing from aggressive. Anyone who knows lucky knows that he's jumpy & hyper but is def not aggressive. So I am making this Petition up so people that know him can vouch for him that he's not aggressive at all.

The Reason Behind This Is

Because of Cory deeming my dog aggressive this is what's happened so far..

-The town has fined me $1600

-They want me to get 500,000 liability on my property because I own an aggressive dog -put up a special fence and have aggressive dog signs everywhere

-have him microchipped or tattooed

-purchase an aggressive dog tag once this is all completed.

Which I have one week to do this unless I appeal it. Obviously I need to appeal it with the town of consort so that they cant classify my dog as Aggressive
