I'm 16-year-old Brianni Walker. In 2022 I won  World of Network Young Enterpreneur & Content Creator of The Year winning multi-talented actress Jr. Oscar seen in "Dhar Mann" motivational series where we create positive viral videos content that tackle real life stories for the social media generations and generates 1 billion monthly views and helped raised 32 million dollars for Ocean Pollution & Stomp OutBullying.  I created "Brianni Walker Stop Bullying Me" 501 (c)(3) Nonprofit to educate Congress "what stems a bully" and how it must be mandated as a Federal Statutory Law. Through speaking engagements at local foster care, detention centers, and local school I wanna be the force to wake-up society and make bullies be held accountable for their actions. And create my first anti-bully "Whose House with Brianni Walker" Inaugural Event solely to seek out the next generation with the support of the NFL as the inspiration for change with its leadership and involvement with underprivileged youth in foster care and local youth to ensure the future becomes an anti-bullied environment. I have undertaken a one-year campaign to create a safe-haven for youth to dream, engage in creative discussions, develop positive content and be the voice for solutions to stop bullying.

This petition is to implement bullying as a Federal Statutory Law.  And make "authority figures" bullies be held accountable for violating our civil rights at school, home  and workplace.   My grandma YAYA always says, "it takes a village to raise a child" and from what I see from news, and social media it's going to take drive determination and activism to educate Congress on the Bullying Pandemic. Through research, I've learned there is no federal statutory law that specifically applies to bullying.  And we're in dire need for Congress to listen and change this.  Bullying is based on race or ethnicity, color, national origin, sex, disability, or religion. Bullying should be enforced in a workplace and not just schools. Together we can fight to mandate bullying a Federal Statutory Law and help save lives advocating to STOP senseless bullying and suicides.  My goal as survivor of bullying is to empower, implement Bullying awareness and prevention courses taught in schools, parenting classes, and workplace to students, parents and employers on the trauma that can have lasting lifelong effects from physical and emotional abuse, feelings of isolation, rejection, exclusion, and despair, as well as depression and anxiety, which can contribute to suicidal behavior.
