Father, Vito Pelino, is struggling to have his children, Jason and Travis returned to his custody from foster care after an indecent where the mother's boyfriend physically abused the boys. Father played no role in any of the incidents and has complied with everything asked of him by OCYF and the Court.

Visits with Father are going well as reported by in-home worker. Father has been cooperative with OCYF during reporting period. Father continues to be consistent with visitation as set by the Court. Father has been cooperative with In-Home Services. The in-home worker has reported that he is able to control his children. She also said she wants to see Father with both boys at the same time. Father continues to be cooperative with his Family Service Plan goals and Court-ordered requirements. He continues to be concerned about the childrens' well-being and behavioral needs at home and at school. Mother also told Caseworker that she is tired of everything and that she wants to have a meeting with Father and give him custody of the kids since he wants them.

After 2 years, the children are still not in the Father's care even after receiving an OCYF recommendation and following everything necessary due to behavioral problems at foster home and school. Dr. Pepe, OCYF Therapist, lied under oath after giving a recommendation to Father. Local news has also been contacted with the story.
