Hello! I am making this petition directly to Meta for Messenger because I am deaf and I have hearing friends who I video chat with everyday. I am sure I am not the only one here, other deaf people may have the same barrier if they have hearing friends or relatives as well. 

Communication is a huge barrier for us all, and we feel that it’d be awesome if Meta could add subtitles to all Messenger video chats, so that way everyone can communicate better without any barriers.
