Please invite back Austin St. John to guest star on "Power Rangers"

Filming has started on the 2018 series of the children's television series "Power Rangers", tentatively titled "Power Rangers: Super Ninja Steel". It has been reported that the series will feature "guest appearances of the most popular past Rangers" since 2018 will mark the 25th anniversary of "Power Rangers". We, the fans, were hopeful that one of the actors invited back to guest star on the show would have been the series' very first leader and Red Ranger, Austin St. John, who played Jason Lee Scott on "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers". Jason is one of the series' most popular characters and has consistently been voted by fans as the greatest Red Ranger of all time. To date, Austin St. John's last appearance on the series was in the 2002 episode "Forever Red" from "Power Rangers: Wild Force", and we, the fans, would like to see Mr. St. John reprise his role as Jason so that we can see what the character has been up to since he was last seen. Unfortunately, it is unknown if Austin St. John declined the offer to return to "Super Ninja Steel" as a guest star or if he will make a surprise, unannounced appearance as a guest star. If Mr. St. John does not return for "Super Ninja Steel", then we, the fans, hope that Saban Brands and Nickelodeon can work out some sort of deal so that Mr. St. John can back to the show one more time for either the series' 2019 season or 2020 for the series' "Super" season so that old fans can see the original Red Ranger back to action and simultaneously re-introduce the character to a new generation of fans.
