Please Be Sure That Mario Kart World's DLC Has A Fair Share Of New And Returning

The issue

There's no telling right now on how DLC could turn out for Mario Kart World with it's massive roster of 50 characters, which even consists of those we never thought would ever be playable in a Mario Kart game such as those commonly seen as obstacles and audience members. In terms of how many there could be total judging by how the character select screen looks, it could be 13 if they go by row, or it could be 10 if they go by column, and this I say based on the blank spaces with the last of the rows. In terms of who the DLC Characters are meanwhile, I hope things will be done fairly in terms of those new and familiar to the point where there shouldn't be not much returning characters from previous.

Of course these returning characters includes that of Diddy Kong, especially with his significance and importance to Mario Spinoffs that's no different from Bowser Jr., let's hope overall that he like on the Switch 1 gets to be in every Mario Spinoff there is for the Switch 2.  In terms of other returning characters there could be, Funky Kong might not have much luck since he was not in the Mario Movie with a redesign to use, same said with Kamek based on one of the game's new items, and Mario Kart World did not offer two of the same of the character in terms of Metallic Copies and Power Up forms of Mario and Luigi, but Dry Bowser fortunately enough is a different character from Bowser to the point where he might be in for some potential. Now in terms of what first timers there could be with Mario Kart World DLC, these include Prince Florian and Popplin since no way should stuff introduced in Super Mario Bros. Wonder only ever be seen in that game, in addition to Noki as it doesn't seem right to have Pianta without it as well, plus maybe also a couple of more NPC Racers as well.

I guess I should also talk about additional tracks and to an extent items as well. I don't see why the base game would have 32 tracks total as opposed to 48, I believe there'd been a reason for the Mario Kart 8 Booster Pack having that many. Who knows though on how many additional cups there could be, an easy guess right about now is that there'd be 8 like in the base game or for. In terms of what gets featured with the additional courses, it most certainly can't leave out any GBA and U tracks, which for some reason weren't in the base game, that Dolphin in fact seemed like a sign that we would be in for U Dolphin Shoals. In terms of courses from what was successfully in the base game meanwhile, there doesn't have to be other things from every single one of them as DLC as well, but there does have to be another SW track since only one of them had been in the base game in the form of Sky High Sundae. Now about the items, sadly that seems unlikely since no previous Mario Kart game ever added in additional items, not even the Mario Kart 8 Booster Pack, but there are stuff that didn't seem like a good move to not feature in Mario Kart World, which includes Triple Bob-Ombs since there'd triples of the other sorts of items, in addition to the Bubble Flower since there is the Fire Flower and Ice Flower.

With however DLC is for Mario Kart World overall, I certainly hope that it can be something like how I described in this very petition of mine by including a fair share of familiar Mario characters both new and old to the Mario Kart series as playable characters, and the additional tracks including stuff from what got left out of the base game in terms of where they're from, additional items are a maybe at the moment. One thing's for certain is that Mario Kart World is not a mobile game, so it's not something that would be able to offer new content over the course of 4 years like Mario Kart Tour had done.
