PLEASE ALLOW FOR COMPANION/EMOTIONAL SUPPORT DOGS !!!!!

The issue

!!! PLEASE !!!
I'm asking for people to sign this petition so people living in some states in Australia, especially South Australia where I live can take our dogs into places (in a dog stroller, fully enclosed and are contained) where a lot of places don't allow us to go into.
If you go overseas most places allow this and I can't see why we can't follow the same in our community.
A lot of people have anxiety and depression issues, especially since Covid Pandemic happened back in 2020 when a lot of us got pets to keep us company.
I'm just over 60yrs old and I have a Chihauhau, which is my only companion and I would like to take her every where I go in her doggy stroller, even shopping.
I have social phobia anxiety disorder and depression. I need her to be with me....I feel safer, I have more confidence  in going places and less anxious when she's with me, even in a doggy stroller.
People don't look at me, they look at the stroller and see what's inside and say (Aww isn't she cute). It makes me feel more confident and accepting out in public.
My dog has been trained/disciplined to stay in a doggy stroller from the day I got her from a young puppy.
When I got her she had only been vaccinated once so it was up to me to give her the next 2 vaccinations until fully vaccinated so the stroller was the only means to be able to take her out to socialise with other people and dogs that were safe to be around but not near dogs that had not been vaccinated. It was a safety issue for her.
My small dog is desexed and are always up to date with her yearly vaccination. She get bathed, flea treatment and wormed monthly so I see no health issues when it comes to accepting her into public places.
My sister has a small dog as well and her dog has seperation anxiety disorder....she is not able to leave her dog at home on her own so she takes her with her in a doggy stroller. In some instances she has had no choice but to leave the dog at home and all she does is bark non-stop until my sister gets home.
As you have read...some situations and I'd say many others vary depending on the owner and the dog.
I had my very small dog with me in her fully enclosed doggy stroller at one stage in a small shopping mall here in South Australia and I needed to get something at Woolworths, they wouldn't allow me in there.
I went to Canberra a few of months ago for 2 weeks to stay with a close friend of mine and took my fur baby with me (drove).....I had her with me in the stroller (fully enclosed) every where I went, whilst staying there. I was welcomed in every store, even in Coles. I can't see why it can't be the same here in South Australia.
I feel I'm being discriminated just because she's a small dog in a stroller, not a small child, screaming it's lungs out because it doesn't get it's own way.
Sometimes I think pets behave a lot better than kids because we have more control over our pets than some parents have control over their kids.
I totally understand that Assistance Dogs and Service Dogs go through a lot of training and costs a lot of money to get them to be where they need to be and they also receive a Certificate for doing what they have to do but this is where the owner totally relies on that particular dog.
As for Companion/Emotional support dogs they don't need all that training because all they do is sit in a doggy stroller and look around. As long as the dog is quiet and had the discpline in staying in a fully enclosed stroller I see no problem.
I believe Companion/Emotional Support Dogs would help individuals go out more into the community if we were allowed to take our dog with us.
I'm not asking for dogs to be running around on a leash inside supermarkets or anything like that. Of course there needs to be a line drawn on what can be and what can't be.
Please sign this petition so people as myself can/have the companion we need when going out in public and I hope the laws can be changed for people as myself towards our beloved fur babies.
We need this as Companion/Emotional Support Dogs.
Thank you :)
