As a seafarer, my life has been significantly improved by the efforts of former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte. His approval of the 10-year validity of Passports and Seaman's books conferred a significant benefit to myself and others in my profession. Moreover, he discontinued unnecessary trainings, providing us more time to spend with our families. However, Duterte is currently not in our country and it dramatically affects us.

Rodrigo Duterte's presidency was characterized by reform and a focus on significant change. He is celebrated as a leader who prioritized the needs of the working class, and his departure from the Philippines has been deeply felt by us and many others. It is crucial for our nation's progress, specifically for people working in fields like mine, to invite him to return home. His influence, forward-thinking policies, and unyielding dedication to public service make him a valuable asset to our country.

We urge you to understand the magnitude of impact Duterte has made to the lives of ordinary Filipinos like myself as a seafarer.
