What is SOCOM?

Developed for the PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Portable, the SOCOM video games are Third-Person Tactical Shooters.

From 2002 to 2011, Zipper Interactive developed and released these games. In 2013, ONLINE servers were officially shut down. Among the best Playstation exclusive titles, SOCOM is the most requested remaster. In fact, PlayStation EU awarded SOCOM II with the most requested remaster award.

Unfortunately, the Playstation EU poll to remake SOCOM II resulted in nothing notable for the game, despite winning. You can help change that outcome through this petition. If you wish to see SOCOM Remastered, I urge you to sign and support it. Regardless of whether you know what SOCOM is, this petition fights for the principle of companies being honest and listening to fans.
