Despite aggressive marketing promising full last-gen support, millions across the globe woke up on Cyberpunk 2077's release date to find that they had been misled into purchasing a faulty and unplayable product.

Unlike Microsoft, Sony Playstation has categorically refused to make any refunds for already downloaded digital copies of Cyberpunk 2077. In sharp contrast to Microsoft's refund policies, Sony is adamant that digital games can be refunded only if it has not been downloaded onto the console.

We request that Sony Playstation immediately cease its erratic anti-consumer practices, get in line with consumers' interests and provide a window for unconditional refund for a broken and faulty game that left people 60$ out of pocket.
