Air quality is getting pretty bad in Utah. This is happening because of things like cars, trains, planes, buses, air conditioning, wood burning, etc. polluting the air. The UTA is trying to help by "providing mobility solutions to our communities." I think that it is awesome that they are trying to control how much people are traveling and making them travel in a safer way to impact the environment. I do think there are better ways of doing this though, and so I think we need to plant more trees. Trees help in many ways to improve our air quality. They help to get rid of pollution in the air and also shade areas, making the temperature drop naturally without using air conditioning, that makes air quality worse.
