Just your presence is also a valuable statement if you don't want to make public comment. Background Information: This is an important meeting, as it's the last time the Board of Directors, who are the appointed people in charge of these proposals (and who will vote on it in June), will be able to hear DIRECTLY from the mouths of the people it affects the most before they float a "Plan B" in March. Ultimately, they'll need to vote between 1) keeping the system the same, 2) adopting the plan we see proposed today, or 3) this third alternative option. Speak up now!
