Thank you all for your continued interest in the dramatic bus route changes LTD is proposing as part of its Transit Tomorrow project. We have been successful in getting the board of directors to hear that our voices need to be heard. 

They have CANCELLED their December public feedback meetings at the Springfield and Eugene Public Libraries and their December board meeting. The board has decided that more public outreach, research, options, feedback and analysis was needed. They will put out a new schedule in January and the LTD Board decided to give the public time to study the proposed maps and provide comment until mid 2020.

This is good news for now, but does not mean that their proposed route changes can't or won't come about later in the year -- keep speaking out and giving feedback about your transportation needs. More updates to come as I learn more!
