This will affect local residents privacy, and there will be noise and environmental pollution in the area. The proposed development will impinge on public safety, as there will be increased traffic on the Howth Road/Dublin Road, and this is a threat to the local protected Biosphere.

This section of the Howth Road, fronts onto a special area of conservation of both local & International importance, because of the diversity of its flora and fauna. It is designated as a Wildfowl Sanctuary, a Biogentic Reserve and UNESCO Biosphere.

We, the local residents wish to oppose this together.
