The City has issued a last-minute cancellation of the May 11 hearing regarding the Maybell/Clemo development. This cancellation is particularly disappointing because the City had advised the community a month ago about the hearing date and people made plans to attend. Please email your disappointment about the hearing cancellation and request that the City recommend immediate approval of the developer’s 16-home circulation plan.
