This is a CRITICAL meeting for supporters of this reasonable development plan of 16 single-family homes on the Maybell-Clemo property, which was the subject of our vote on Measure D. The decision of the Planning & Transportation Committee is key to moving this plan forward, and gaining approval by City Council.
