This petition has been created to object a Planning Authority application with reference PA/05976/18, which has been submitted to develop an infill site into 2 dwellings with pools.  This was an illegally developed land which is subject to two pending enforcement notices in ODZ land in Zokrija, Mosta in Triq Patri Guze Delia. 

Should the application be approved, it would pave way for the development of a street frontage on land that is unquestionably outside development zone.  

We would like to ask you to put in an objection to the project. This formal objection can be done till the 10th of September. Through the objection, you will have a right to know when the public meeting of the Planning Authority shall take place as well as attend it.
