The reference number is W/23/00682/OUT . Although it is a new application it appears to be the same one that they lost on last time so it looks as if they are trying it on again perhaps hoping for a change as a result of the elections. We must nevertheless respond to this application and send in our letters of objection. This can be done online or via post. Hopefully you have kept your old comments so can just cut and paste them. 

Bredon parish have asked for an extension to the consultation so as to prepare their case again. Tewkesbury Town council have £5,000 for a planning consultant which could be used to hire a hydrologist to challenge the developer with regard to flooding but we would need to persuade the town council to use the money this way. Bredon hired a transport consultant and landscape expert to successfully counter the developer last time and the same can be done on flooding if we have the right expert.
