Planet Fitness is treating its valued members unjustly and disregarding the importance of accessible fitness that they so often preach. They sold us all on the idea of a judgement free zone, and inexpensive memberships that can be great for anyone. However, after their hours shifted, these promises are no longer delivered. With membership costs staying the same, even with limited hours, it is just as expensive to attend Planet Fitness, but only if you are available for the specific hours they are open. The hours they are open are busier than ever making it harder to workout with the comfort of no one watching you. They also claim to provide "unlimited access" to all Planet Fitness members, but that unlimited access only applies to their limited hours. They need to inform their staff and members on this indefinite change of hours, and either change it back or adjust membership fees accordingly to account for the now limited access.
