This hospital boss ignored the pleas of consultant paediatricians to investigate a killer nurse, Lucy Letby, at the Countess of Chester Hospital’s neonatal unit .The consultants have said that he silenced them and made them apologise to the killer . He was more concerned with protecting the hospital’s reputation Thus he is responsible for the unnecessary deaths of babies and should  face a corporate manslaughter charge. Hospital administrators whose actions lead to needless deaths  should face the same consequences as doctors have to .The terrible scars of the Mid Staffs and Morecambe Bay scandals are still with us whilst those responsible largely escaped blame and were never punished . This time it has to be different.Let’s make sure it is . 

This man has now retired on a generous pension paid for by you and me .Signing  this petition will send a powerful signal and protect patients in the future.
