This is an independent review of KIDEX, by MDS Traffic Planners & Consultants back in 2015. It gives very clear reasons why KIDEX should NOT be built. 

Do download, go through the content, study the logics of the write up. KIDEX did provide the necessary reports back then; but were shot down- as they weren't able to meet all the TIA, SIA, EIA  compliance levels. The entire feasibility studies were destined to fail. 

We rakyat hope PJDLink will quickly call the Town Hall, so that we can confirm all these discrepancies.
