Come Mar- May 2021, and end of the year -- we will witness the usual flood season when weather patterns change for West M'sia.

What about all those roads, highways that are in place, how can they benefit the road-users when the flash floods happen? There will still be bottlenecks when the roads merge.

What about all those reactive actions by municipal councils? Will we have some improvement in 2021, or will it be status quo when the flash floods hit?
