Mr Lee talks about 1.RapidKL, Monorail, links between other firms, Star and Putra LRT, etc .He also commented on bus services i.e. Prasarana, and design of stations (both MRT, LRT, and bus services). Overall the quality of service, availability management, and design concepts are all below par with other Asean countries. Why is this so?
In fact, we M'sians who take public transport know these. The rakyat believes there are capable SMEs, who provide good transport design ideas. Are they taken-in to improve the existing train and bus routes by those GLCs running the transport business?
How can the quality of public transport ever be improved when some basic designs, can't be bothered to be improved? Who is to take responsibility here?
