Selangor Menteri Besar Abdul Khalid Ibrahim says its premature to discuss whether or not the Kinrara-Damansara Expressway (Kidex) will be built as the Malaysian Highway Authority (MHA) had yet to inform the Selangor government on the details of the highway.

The Federal Govt and State govt really have to get their act together, and consider what is 21st century town and city planning, urban design with new technology.

This highway concept was conceived more than 20 years ago in the offices of the Fed Govt, and given to BN cronies. 

The concept is simple: Apply old ideas, rehashed them with devious intentions of acquiring state land, and sell it off to developers (both highway, property, what not) and commercialise P.Jaya's prime Sec14, 17, areas.
