The old way of driving vehicles will only add to the severe carbon footprint already causing downtime in traffic snarls, and loss of time during productive hours that could be earned while travelling. We ask politicians to pay attention asap to these concepts. 

It should be only a fraction of the 2.6B / 35 km = RM 75M cost/ km. This pricing is 6 years ago, it may have inflated to 5-6 x the cost.
