[Sept 2019] -- This is a good article as Transport and Town planner consultants give their candid and objective review on the ground.

We daily commuters know exactly what they are discussing - as we use these facilities. To us, it all boils down to 'lack of leadership, governance, and project management skills by the government of the day' -- as these are various service providers, handling roads, transport (train, car, buses, etc) .

Actually, the 'elephant in the room is so obvious that they know, but pretend not to notice it ' -- the last mile factor. Why does the State not own up and take responsibility? Why can't the State handle this as a group oriented project? Or at least learn from other successful, larger populated countries who have made public transport more successful than having too many vehicles on the road?

For last mile coverage- some considerations: 1.Grab (car or Grabbike, Gojek etc) handle it, 2. walkways around 600m - 1200m distance, 3. proper feeder buses that supply every 5-10 mins intermittent gaps, and many other supporting factors - we need results fast. Indepth real studies also need to prove the various risk vs reward reports are what they claim. Aren't these relevant questions?

Until then, the rakyat will fight PJDLink as the developer does not even consider the concerns of the rakyat.  All they want is to push their agenda with State support, tax the rakyat with high tolls, and desecrate the natural landscape.
