This is information from Agensi Pengangkutan Awam Darat (APAD) and the Selangor Transport Plan.

Actually, since 2015- when then Selangor MB Azmin Ali directed a new state transport plan, many federal and state government agencies worked together the create this blueprint and roadmap.

Reference is here: https://www.apad.gov.my/en/projects/national-master-plan/faq/about-greater-kl-klang-valley-land-public-transport-master-plan

What we are concerned are: many of the contents of the blueprint are 1.typical consultant style talk, i.e, no substance. 2. there is not enough depth, i.e, when the 'devil is in the detals ' portion comes about, all those 'design integration', conception to actualisation portions shows severe gaps, and lack of wisdom and indepth study. 3. island concept management, causing no proper end-to-end management, which should be done by the stakeholder, but we have a skills issue, hence the governance portion is not done effectively.

What we find being gaps in PJDLink, is not the concept of the highway. That already is a wrong project. Even if they were to build this massive highway through the city, it will not be successful due to various city-design concepts (too narrow roads, 90Deg turns - more than 10 of these), and irresponsible decision making at Fed and state level.

Since 2016, Selangor state really wanted to "develop their state"  -https://www.thesundaily.my/archive/1360242-DSARCH300959

If that was the case -- it's never too late! With PJDLink happening really soon, we should consider the risk impacts asap -- by encouraging the State executive councillors for Infra, and Transport, to do a brainstorm session with the Transport experts, led by project leads from State and private sectors, to quickly identify and produce necessary environmental, social and transport, including financial impact studies / analysis reviews on the PJDLink / southern- northern traffic flow for 6 million residents who reside in Klang valley.

The intention and outcome? To see if this RM 6.5B funds is really worth it for the 500 thousand residents between Kinrara - Kota Damansara, driving 20 mins total, and to find out how many people will actually traverse 35 kms of the highway daily, paying RM 10 for this 2 way trip.
