Coalition Against PJDLink highway (CAP)Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

There are so many public transport developments along the city alignment.

One concern of Petaling Jaya residents, is the commutability from the south to north part of P.Jaya. We commuters know, so do the local councils, the 'so called last mile' i.e. near the LRT / MRT train station to the nearby offices, have a distance of 1-3kms. These can't always be on foot, as there are no coverings during rainy days, the pathways are not even, and poor connectivity.

There really is an urgent need for Local councils to fix these! Those countless potholes, shoddy roadworks after repairs and digging pipes, etc, call contribute to a severe vicious cycle. To Local Councils (MBPJ, MBSJ, etc) is that the quality of work that you can do? What about all the taxes the rakyat pays?

This PJDLink and all other 'inter-connecting highway links' will need to get it's act together, and create a seamless flow of traffic. But for now, we rakyat are skeptical as they can't even repair potholes, what more design highways that have proper capacity, availability management throughputs. What do you highway users think?
