Issues Directly Implicated -- The RM2.2 billion Kinrara-Damansara Expressway (Kidex) highway was given to UMNO. Kidex highway was awarded (and confirmed just a few days after tender) to companies linked to a lawyer and a judge in controversial Perak constitutional case. 

Package: Financial Cost (MYR): 2200000000 (RM 2.2B). Back then, it was touted as RM 2.6B.  Today, in Vibes.com report, Exec director, Amrish says its RM 6.5 B. 

There is no accountability, no transparency in the developer's documentation and requirements till date. The developer has never met any of the necessary statutory requirements that is mandatory to receive the State approval for such a massive project. Meanwhile, the Rakyat is waiting for the outcome.
