To make that happen, there is a whole mountain of preparations he needs to do. Prepare all the relevant documentations (EIA, SIA, TIA); conduct taklimat / briefing - with the relevant stakeholders (there are 20 over RAs, RTs, and 1500 residents, 3800 houses along the alignment) ; ensure the 'Town Hall meeting' with all stakeholders (MBPJ, MPSJ, etc). before that can even happen, he has not even been able to give the costing, nor alignment. 

Briefly, what has been given in public domain is RM 6.5B for 35 kms of distance. Up from RM 2.6B RM. That is 2.5x inflation since 6 years ago.They said, they will not ask the govt to fund this. Then, who funds it? The entire business plan is shrouded in mystery.

Also, Selangor MB YB Amirudin seems to be pandering to their needs, saying 'give them a chance'. Why is this so?  The Rakyat demands for relevant answers asap.
