Although KIDEX was said to be 'so called scrapped' - it never was. Perhaps, the rakyat has to do the same. Like the recent TTDI case, where said developer vs  Rakyat - for the TTDI Rimba Kiara project went all the way to Supreme court, and the Rakyat came out tops.  

Kidex is 70%-owned by Zabima Engineering Construction Sdn Bhd and 30% by Emrail Sdn Bhd. Both contractors will be involved in the construction of the highway.

Among the directors at Emrail are Datuk Mohd Hafarizam Harun, Tan Sri Hari Narayanan Govindasamy and Datuk Ghazali Mat Ariff, while the shareholders of Zabima Engineering include Datuk Mohd Hafarizam Harun, Datuk Yahya Yaacob and Captain Admi Othman.
