Hi residents, please see how the issues escalated. The root cause of the events are: 

1.Developer tried to cheat rakyat, by conducting a so called "Town Hall" meeting, also throwing around "statutory requirement". It was just a briefing. Also, it will need 30 days, but they just simply send fliers, and it was only 2 day's notice. Notice how sly the developers are. This is the situation of M'sia today. Also,  MBPJ is seen to be not neutral.

2. If the meeting was allowed to go on, Kidex would say that the Town Hall was conducted, and it is a requirement. This next PJDLink saga will go down the same road. 

3. Therefore, the whole saga is about: 3.1 Lack of Governance in Govt, state level processes, 2. Lack of understanding and poor communication management by Local Council (MBPJ), 3. Hypocrisy of govt, state management in handling priority based projects (that affects citizen's livelihood), 4. Rakyat apathy towards their country's issues, 'not in my backyard mentality', 5. For change to occur, M'sia has to change -- very drastically. The list goes on.
