It was with profound shock, some sadness and a little irritation that I recently learned Pizza Express has removed the Rustichella pizza from its menu.

A mouthwatering fusion of crispy pancetta, roasted tomatoes, rocket, Grana Padano and Caesar dressing, the Rustichella was a dream on a plate. Alas, the dream is over. For now.

I implore Pizza Express to see good sense and reinstate the Rustichella. And to do it soon because I'm hungry.
