" However, the peppy Boston Magazine Article on &pizza MAJORLY MISSES the mark: 1/For starters, the author seems to lift statements, most likely verbatim, from &pizza's Press Release: "&Pizza calls itself 'an anti-establishment establishment,' and is a vocal proponent of a livable wage—and also offers free ampersand tattoos for employees (and customers) who want one. In its website language, the company uses 'tribe' as an inclusive term." Riiiigght. Why don't you then ask some a wider, more diverse audience (not just your employees) if they think tribe is inclusive? 2/ On Glass door, &pizza workers on average earn ~ $11/hour --this is a far cry from a CEO who claims to be fighting for $15/hour.
