Students of Pittsylvania County Schools believe that phones and other electronical devices should be allowed to be present during lunches, in the hallways between classes, and in the classroom if allowed so by a teacher or staff member. We believe that there is no reason that students should be taken out of schedule learning time because of an electronic device being present outside of an classroom environment.
