New transportation service model from Uber and Lyft gave very convenient way to get around city. Thanks to Uber and Lyft many people get new jobs and are able to support their families. Both ride sharing companies and drivers participate in filling government treasury by paying taxes. Riders are satisfied using this new way of transportation, because it is faster, more reliable and cheaper than other transportation models.

As we know Uber and Lyft has license to operate in Allegheny county, Pittsburgh International Airport is also part of Allegheny county. In spite of this, piking up passengers at airport is prohibited. If drivers get permission to serve airport area that would be better for passengers and drivers. Passengers would get to their destinations fast, because taxis are not always available. Drivers would not waste gas and time by coming back themselves with no passengers (Pittsburgh Downtown is 20 miles away from Airport). It is also better to prevent traffic congestions and air pollution.
