On February 14th 2020 David Olivares was shot (multiple times) and died at a park in Pittsburg California. Olivares was only 21 years old with a whole life ahead of him when, 21 year old Sabrina Glenn, lured him to a park. While at the park, 24 year old Jose Quintanilla, ambushed and shot Olivares. 21 year old Angel Rodriguez drove Jose Quintanilla to and from the park and witnessed the murder. Olivares devastatingly passed away despite the efforts of police officers and fire personnel. 
Even thought Sabrina Glenn and Angel Rodriguez did not shoot Olivares, they played a SIGNIFICANT role in the murder and should be rightfully charged. Angel Rodriguez was charged with second degree robbery when he should be charged with obstruction of justice and aiding and abetting. Sabrina Glenn was also charged with second degree robbery (and walks free) when she should also be charged with obstruction of justice and aiding and abetting.
It really breaks my heart to see such a wonderful soul taken far too soon. David was a talented, charismatic, honest, and goofy person with a heart of gold, who’s time was cut too short.
