The Pitt County Animal Shelter has a chow in quarantine because she allegedly attacked thirteen goats, seven of which died. However, the shelter has no evidence that she actually did what they are accusing her of. There was no investigation as to what happened, and they are refusing any one to see her to assess the dogs behavior. She is in quarantine with a litter of puppies, and she only has until Monday, July 6th. We need as many signatures as we can get to prevent her from being euthanized, and time, to get a rescue to pull her from the shelter.
