Pit Bulls are the most over-bred dog in the United States & it's estimated that only 1 in 600 will find a permanent home, leading the other 599 puppies and dogs to shelter-life and euthanasia. Pit bulls are the number 1 shelter-euthanized dog breed in America, as well as the most abused & misunderstood breed. It is absolutely irresponsible that not only is Chris Brown breeding Pit Bulls, but now selling them FOR PROFIT, while claiming they have a have a fourth-generation performance pedigree (which typically means a "dog fighting" pedigree claim). Thousands of Pit Bulls will be killed in the U.S. this year due to over-breeding, at the hands of abusive humans, &/or through dog-fighting; & yet, Chris Brown is advertising puppies for sale for $1000/pup in order to specifically target other irresponsible individuals who think it will be "cool" to own (& probably fight) a "Chris Brown-bred Pit Bull." This will make the DAILY task of shelters & volunteers who advocate for, rescue & rehabilitate this breed that much harder. Chris Brown needs to be told that Americans will not stand for his attempt to profit from the sale of Pit Bull puppies while thousands of other available (not-for-profit) homeless Pits will die. Chris Brown also needs to be urged to spay & neuter his pets in order to serve as a positive example to those that choose to follow & support him.
